Data Requests & Account Deletion

Data access/export and account deletion are handled via email request.

  • Email hello@letterhugs.com from your account email address.
  • Include request type in subject: DATA REQUEST or ACCOUNT DELETION.
  • We verify requests using a reply-to-confirm step before processing.
  • If you email from a different address, we may ask you to resend from the account email or complete additional verification.

International transfers

LetterHugs and our service providers (including payment and infrastructure providers) may process information in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect your information consistent with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We also rely on infrastructure and service providers that maintain physical security controls for their facilities. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children and privacy

LetterHugs is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
