Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LetterHugs. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use LetterHugs only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. If you are using LetterHugs on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using LetterHugs, you grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, display, and deliver your content solely for providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and send, and for ensuring you have permission to contact recipients.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LetterHugs for unlawful or harmful activity.
• Do not send spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not create or send content that is threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse our systems.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and credits

Some features require payment or credits. Prices, billing cycles, and refund policies will be presented at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor, Dodo Payments, to charge your payment method.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LetterHugs, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or used the service in a harmful or abusive way.

Changes to the service

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, products, pricing, or parts of the service at any time.

Intellectual property

LetterHugs and its templates, branding, and software are owned by LetterHugs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use our branding without permission.

Third-party services

LetterHugs may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy and cookies

Disclaimers

LetterHugs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetterHugs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LetterHugs harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
